The first PM Community meeting took place on September 23!

🎤This time we delved into the topic of “HandOver, or how to take over a project from another team” together with our speaker – Dmytro Shkilnyuk, CEO of Chernivtsi IT Cluster and Project Manager at Valtech. Dmytro is also an assistant at the Department of Mathematical Modeling.

Dmytro shared practical tools, tips and real cases that help make the project handover clear, controlled and painless.
