👨‍💻Chernivtsi IT Cluster continues to introduce young people to the IT industry in practice!

Together with students from the UNIQUE private lyceum, we went to the SoftServe office - one of the largest technology companies in Ukraine.

💬 During the meeting, the students:
- talked with Dmytro Shkilnyuk, CEO of the Chernivtsi IT Cluster and Project Manager at Valtech, who shared his experience in the industry,
- learned about the most promising professions in IT,
- received answers to questions about starting a career,
- talked about the importance of technical and soft skills in the future.

🔎 This event was an opportunity to see IT not from presentations or textbooks, but live: how teams work, what happens "under the hood" of products and what the developers' working environment looks like.
