Partners of the Chernivtsi IT Cluster - IT Ukraine Association and UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, have launched an important project "Hostile Software", the goal of which is to completely abandon the software products of the aggressor country and switch to safe, modern alternatives, in particular Ukrainian software.
🔒 The use of hostile software creates direct risks for the state, business and each user. That is why the "Hostile Software" project focuses on:
- combating Russian software through legislative initiatives;
- expert participation in the work of the Yermak-McFaul international sanctions group;
- promotion of Ukrainian IT in Ukraine and abroad.
Recently, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Technology published an open list of hostile software and network equipment prohibited for use. This is an important step to protect critical infrastructure and simplify public procurement.
The IT Ukraine Association actively supports this process within the framework of the “Hostile Software” project and draft law No. 13505. Our common goal is a complete transition to Ukrainian and global safe analogues by 2030.
