π From Student to Junior
How do you take your first step into IT when competition is high and you donβt have much experience yet? This time, we decided not only to talk about it but also to give students a chance to put it all into practice.
π¬ During the panel discussion with Dmytro Tsurkan, Dmytro Shkilniuk, and Oleksandr Velykyi, we talked about the realities of starting a career in IT, what companies expect from junior specialists, and what to focus on at the beginning of your professional journey.
π€ Nadiia Donets, Head of HR & Recruitment Department at InventorSoft, shared insights on how to make your CV stand out among hundreds of other candidates in the age of AI and high competition.
After the theory came practice β students had the opportunity to take part in mock HR interviews with representatives of IT companies, receive feedback, and better understand what to expect from a real job interview.
β€οΈ Special thanks to our HR professionals who joined the event, interviewed students, and shared their experience and recommendations.
π¬π§ Thank you to CLA for conducting mock interviews in English, giving participants another opportunity to test their skills and identify what they can improve before future interviews.
And, of course, a big thank you to our partners β CLA and Intellect β for supporting the event and contributing to the development of future professionals π
Thank you to all the students, speakers, HR professionals, and partners who joined us!
We hope that for some of you, this day became another step from being a student to landing your first junior offer π
